Apricot Flakes
Compad Apricot Flakes are made from apricots original of Spain. We use the drum drying technique, with an accurate control of processing parameters to allow the production of high quality Apricot Flakes.
Features of this product are: bright yellow-orange color, flaky consistency and good solubility in water. Flavor is characteristic of natural apricot.
Some of the most common applications are: natural fruit base for baby foods, chocolate and sweets filling, drops, ice cream, biscuits, bakery products, yogurt, cereal bars.
