Tomato Chips
Compad Tomato Chips (also called Tomato Flakes) are made from tomato paste original of Northern Italy. We use the drum drying technique, with an accurate control of temperature and moisture to allow the production of high quality Tomato Chips (Tomato Flakes).
Features of this product are thick and big chips, deep red color, relented solubility in water while creating texture. It has low tendency to clump even if exposed at natural room moisture for prolonged time.
Some of the most practical applications are: soups, sauces, gravies, topping sauces, bakery products.
