Tomato Granules
Compad Tomato Granules are made from selected tomato paste. We use the drum drying technique, with an accurate control of temperature and moisture to allow the production of high quality Tomato Granules.
Features of this product are deep red color, free flowing consistency and good solubility in water. It has little tendency to clump while being able to substitute Tomato Powder in many recipes.
Some of the most practical applications are: soups, sauces, gravies, snacks coating, pasta coloring, dry aromatic mixes.
